Boiler advantages

• The BENEKOV S 25 boiler can be used to burn wood chips, wood shavings, etc.
• Lump wood can be used as additional fuel that can be burned together with the wood pellets

• The boiler control unit allows continuous modulation of the boiler within the full output range of 7 to 24 kW. This way it is possible to reach high operation effectivity. Together with the lambda probe optimizes the burning process, which enables achieving very low emissions

Boiler operation

During burning of dry wood pellets ash needs to be removed approx. once in 1 to 2 days.

Consumption of wood pellets depends on its quality and ranges between 6 to 8 tons per heating season.

Safe boiler operation is secured by an emergency thermostat that protects the heating system against overheating. A screw conveyor motors are protected against overload by thermostatic fuses. A safety fuse secures the boiler against burn through of fuel into the fuel storage tank during longer electricity outage.

The feeding mechanism has laser sensors of fuel level.

Connection options

An ash removing equipment, automatic ignition or suction fan can be connected to the boiler as additional equipment.

The boiler can be connected to an accumulation tank and set to automatically turn on and off.

Also wood shavings with humidity of up to 25 % can be burned in the boiler. Wood shavings and sawdust can be burned in combination, provided that they are dry enough.
