BENEKOV R 51

• The boiler BENEKOV R51 is designed to burn wood pellets to heat larger buildings. It can be connected in a cascade way up to 4 units with the max. performance of 180 kW.
• The control unit enables the boiler to work fluently in the whole range of performance from 14 to 49 kW, thus, a high operating efficiency can be reached. Together with the lambda sensor it optimizes the burning process which can cause a very low emissions.
• The control unit of the boiler Siemens Climatix controls 2 heat circuits; it contains equithermal regulation and enables the user to control the boiler remotely via the Internet.
• During the installation of automatic ignition the boiler can be set in such a way that it will automatically switch on and off which is especially suitable for the combination of the boiler and the accumulation tank.
• The automatic ignition, flue gas exhaust, automatic cleaning of the exchanger,  lambda sensor, turnstile and turnstile propulsion are an integral part of the basic package.
• Modern design built on high-tech CNC technologies.

When burning wood pellets it is necessary to take out the ash once in 2 to 5 weeks. The fuel tank shall be filled once in 1 to 3 days, depending on the intensity of the operation.

If pellets with the bark content are burned, it is necessary to clean the burner regularly once a month. This will take 20 minutes.

Similarly, as for our other products, the emergency thermostat secures the safe operation of the boiler which protects the heating system against overheating. The engine of the feed is equipped with a thermal sensor. The thermal link protects the boiler from burning the fuel through the fuel tank when the power is off for a longer period of time.

The feed gear and fuel tank is separated by a turnstile that protects the fuel tank from being blazed up.

The control unit enables the boiler to be connected to the cascade, operation of two heating circuits and connection to the accumulation tank. Recommended connecting diagrams can be downloaded from our web pages.
